 Our company, KIN YIP Plastic Mould Factory was established since 1985. We are specialized in designing of plastic products, tools making, and plastic products manufacturing. Now we have passed the ISO9001:2000 certification so you can rest assured that we can offer you the satisfied products and best service.We have mainly the following departments such as: Marketing Department, R & D Department, Engineering Department, Tools and Mould Department, Plastic Injection Department, QA Department, Production Department and Shipping Department.The Tools & Mould Department is professionally engaged in development, designing and manufacturing of plastic tools, it owns advanced equipment such as CNC, milling machine, horizontal lathe, EDM and numerical control EDW, etc. There are altogether more than 100 employees in this Department and ten of them are engineers and technicians. Our company have more than 60 sets of 80T-500T plastic injection machines, two of which are Arburg precision plastic injection machines made in Germany. There are more than 600 employees in the Plastics Department and 25 of them are engineers and technicians, more than 50 are quality control staffs. The professional checking facilities for quality assurance are as follows: Computer-Controlled Chroma Meter, Standard Color Match Cabinet, Ageing Test Machine, Antifriction Test Rack and High Temperature Test Furnace, etc. Also we have professional production lines such as paint spray, pad printing and silk screen printing. Also have Ultrasonic Welding, Bronzing and Hot Stamping equipment.With solid foundation, our company has rich experiences in such aspects as tools development, equipment maintenance, plastic injection technologies and quality control.
